基于OpenHarmony的Preferences工具类

环境:OpenHarmony 4.0
设备:润和大禹200开发板
项目地址

1.主要实现功能

实现对于首选项Preferences的获取,添加,修改,删除,获取全部Keys,以数组形式获取全部Values,删除全部,持久化
